At our first Steering Committee meeting in October, 2023, we presented this timeline for completing our evaluation of conferences.

Hello, world! Our ECODIVE project began only a few weeks ago, and we are hitting the ground running! We are excited to work with our partner societies, AFS, ESA, SFS, and TWS, to begin the first phase of our project: Using data from conferences held between 2017-2022 to ask about the diversity of participants in virtual/hybrid vs. in-person modalities. We have a wonderful Advisory Board to make sure we're on the right track, and look forward to having a Steering Committee to help us approach our research questions.
